Job Description :
Editing medical documents/articles. Exposure in medical writing and knowledge of medical safety standards. They ensure that documents are written consistent with company and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities/Authorities :
- This role is responsible for proof-reading and editing content into a finished flowing document around a particular medical related subject area.
- Ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, completeness, and appropriateness for intended audiences
- Ensure consistency of style and tone throughout write-up.
- Ensure adherence to editing requirements provided by the client.
- Rewrite content to clarify meaning, eliminate jargon and smooth out language.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to complete editing in a timely manner by creating schedules and monitoring scope (e.g. new content, updated content, priority, etc.)
- Oversees all the team resources in the work.
- Oversee execution of Quality Control and discrepancy management for outputs
- Assist in training for new resources and as a part of continuous improvement
- Assist in the development of documentation such as work instructions or task checklists for readiness activities as required
- Ensure compliance with client and company policies
- Own assist and comply to all SLAs (Cycle time and quality)
