Job Title : Biosimilars- Production (executive/ Senior Executive)
Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore
Eligiblity : B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, B.Pharma / M.Tech, M.Sc Life Science
Experience :2 – 7 Years
Job Description :
- Handling of chromatography column, systems, TFF and centrifuge and Mammalian cell culture.
- Good knowledge in column packing and unpacking
- Maintenance of equipment in coordination with engineering and maintenance & Instrumentation departments.
- Adherence to CGMP, SHE and regulatory guidelines.
- Change management, Deviation management and OOS investigation in coordination with Quality assurance.
- Monitoring, control and documentation of specific production operations per SOP, cleaning documents, batch records, validation protocols and reports, scale up reports, etc.
- Execution of production activities as per schedule and timely completion of manufacturing related documents.
- Reporting of product /system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
- Product handling.
- Basic knowledge of documentation for USFDA & EU.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems.
