Job Description :
Purpose of Position of QC Analyst Trainee (Microbiology): The Position is to ensure that the microbiology laboratory is operated as per Good Laboratory Practices. To follow laid down procedures and ensure compliance.
Job Responsibility :
1- Analysis of raw materials and bulk solutions for MLT.
2- Analysis of bore well water, Purified water and WFI for microbiological analysis.
3- Environmental monitoring of microbiology area and manufacturing areas.
4- Calibration and validation of instruments in microbiology laboratory.
5- Growth promotion test of all received media / agars.
6- Maintaining records of Media, agar, culture and all other standards as used in microbiology laboratory.
7- Maintaining all log books applicable in microbiology laboratory.
8- Maintaining and improving GLP in microbiology laboratory.
9- Timely preparation, review and compliance of all microbiology SOPs.
10- ERP
11- Any other task assigned by reporting manager
