Job Title : Project Fellow (one post)

Project Title : DST-SERB sponsored project entitled “Biofuel Production from Amino Acid Metabolism: Systems-Level Metabolic Flux Profiling Approach to Clostridium sticklandii”

PI : Dr. P. Chellapandi, Principal Investigator

Tenure of the project : Two years or till the end of the project period.

Upper age limit : 28 years

Qualification : M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry. NET
qualified candidate will be given preference.

Emoluments : Rs.12, 000/- per month

The Fellowship will be provided initially for a period of one year. Continuation of the fellowship is subject to review of the project and sanction of the subsequent grant by DST at the end of one year. On receiving the subsequent grant the tenure of the fellowship will be further extended to another year. Selected candidate will be allowed to register for Ph.D. Degree in Biotechnology or Bioinformatics. (No TA/DA admissible to the candidates appearing for the interview)
