Job Summary:
Senior Production Technician in the Wound Care Division, you will oversee cleanroom production activities, ensuring GMP compliance, quality standards, and operational efficiency. With 2–3 years of experience, you’ll support QA/QC processes, maintain accurate documentation, and guide junior staff while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and participate in cleanroom production processes with strict adherence to aseptic techniques
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards across all production batches
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams for routine quality checks and compliance assessments
• Oversee proper documentation and report any deviations or non-conformances
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives in the production line
• Conduct training and guidance for junior staff regarding cleanroom protocols and documentation
• Take ownership of equipment hygiene, maintenance logs, and production readiness
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: BSc / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / Life Science / Biotech
• In-depth understanding of cleanroom operations and regulatory frameworks
• Meticulous and process-driven with excellent documentation skills
• Leadership capability with strong team coordination and communication
• Ability to troubleshoot quality or process-related issues proactively
