Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit user guides, manuals, and other technical content for Thermo Fisher Scientific products. In fact, key tasks within Technical Writer Jobs involve producing clear, accurate guides tailored to this industry.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other collaborators to collect information and guarantee the accuracy and completeness of documents.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Bioscience, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree in Biosciences will be preferred.
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably within the bioscience or life sciences industry. Certification in technical writing will be considered an asset. For those seeking Technical Writer Jobs, relevant experience in scientific fields is a plus.
- Experience with XML/DITA-based authoring tools (e.g., Oxygen XML Editor/Author) and component content management systems (e.g., RWS Tridion Docs or similar) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, concise documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality documents.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet established deadlines.
- Willingness to complete required training and continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
