Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CHO cell lines for the production of antibodies and therapeutic proteins.
- Perform plasmid transfections, electroporation, stable pool generation, and screening.
- Generate CHO monoclone, screening, expansion, and characterization.
- Perform detailed characterization of cell lines, including expression levels, stability, and product quality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, processes, and results.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and regulatory purposes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process development, analytical development, and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field with relevant experience.
- 3-7 years of experience in CHO cell line development, monoclone generation, and characterization.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of CHO expression systems and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling ClonePix, DispenCell, CellCelector, Cytina platform, or similar monoclone generation equipment will be an added advantage.
