Project Overview
The position is part of an industry-funded research project focused on evaluating the in vivo safety and persistence of genome-engineered hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells using immunocompromised mouse models. The role provides exposure to cutting-edge translational research in biotechnology and biomedical sciences.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Zoology, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-M.Sc. research experience
- Additional Requirement: Ability to join within one month of the offer
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with in vivo animal experimentation, especially mouse models
- Experience in:
- Animal handling (restraint, blood collection, euthanasia, tissue harvesting)
- In vivo dosing and administration techniques
- Understanding of dose-response relationships and biological outcomes
- Ability to analyze experimental data and prepare scientific reports
- Familiarity with blood collection and downstream analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Supports execution of in vivo studies involving genome-engineered cells
- Manages experimental workflows and ensures project timelines are met
- Performs animal handling and experimental procedures
- Analyzes data and prepares structured scientific reports
