About the Role

Henkel is seeking a motivated fresher to join its Bioscience team within the Future Technologies HCB R&D division (Laundry and Home Care). This internship provides hands-on exposure to innovation projects in laundry and home care, covering lab-based formulation, testing, and evaluation of external innovation concepts contributing to Henkel’s global consumer business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews and maintain digital documentation
  • Plan and execute bench-scale experiments, including formulation preparation, testing, and data collection
  • Support evaluation of external innovation concepts and partner-led projects
  • Prepare presentations and concise technical documentation

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (BE) in Biochemical Engineering
  • OR
  • Master’s degree (MSc) in Biochemistry or Biotechnology
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiarity with relevant AI tools is considered an advantage
