Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support R&D stability activities, including planning and executing stability strategies for new and existing products.
- Design and manage GMP stability studies, including expiration dating and regulatory justifications.
- Ensure appropriate methods, specifications, and testing for stability, compatibility, and product release.
- Analyze data, identify risks, and drive investigations for out-of-specification or trending results using scientific reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and prepare technical reports for regulatory submissions.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years
- Master’s with 3-5 years
- PhD with 0-3 years’ experience in a relevant scientific subject area
Experience
- Experience working with sophisticated databases
- Proficiency in analytical chemistry, including theoretical knowledge and practical experience
- Functional understanding of FDA, ISO, and Quality systems
Skills Required
- Ability to organize complex information and demonstrated attention to detail
- Apply a logical, methodical approach in independently solving problems, developing solutions, and making sound recommendations
- Possess relevant computer and technical skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, table and graph generation, and use of databases and reporting tools
- Good technical writing skills
- Contribute to efforts beyond one’s own scope of responsibilities to ensure project milestones are met
