Key Responsibilities
- Utilize formulation expertise and technical skills to develop new products, technologies, and benefits addressing consumer needs.
- Execute claim substantiation to support new product and claims development.
- Develop technical product strategies for short-term and long-term innovation.
- Lead multiple projects through the product development lifecycle.
- Work cross-functionally and lead project teams to meet key milestones and objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing to prioritize and execute the project portfolio.
- Provide technical problem-solving and troubleshooting to prevent delays in project timelines.
- Incorporate Category Quality requirements into product development plans.
- Enforce a “Right First Time” mindset, following documented procedures and good documentation practices.
- Maintain accountability for safety, health, and environment (SHE) in the workplace at all times.
- Report to the R&D Manager / Senior Manager and oversee one or more direct reports.
- Develop, coach, and supervise team members to achieve full potential.
- Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide career development feedback.
- Prioritize resources and effectively advance assigned activities and projects.
Education
Bachelor/Master’s/PhD Degree in Sciences
