Roles & Responsibilities
- To plan and execute Biochemical & Physicochemical assays for batch release and stability within defined TAT
- Physicochemical assays like protein estimation, moisture content, pH, Physical appearance, Sub-visible particle measurement, Reconstitution of lyophilized vials, extractable volume, general description, etc. These tasks play a major role in the quality control process.
- To perform periodical calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments as per the schedule
- Conduct breakdown analysis, improve preventive maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions relevant to quality control job requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety standards, and SOPs, maintain audit readiness, and manage QMS elements, including documentation, CAPA closure, and training
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Graduation/post-graduation in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Microbiology is often required for quality control jobs in pharmaceuticals.
Minimum Work Experience
- 2–6 years
