- Project Title: Understanding the role of uncharacterized sorting nexin protein, SNX29, in lysosome cargo sorting from early endosomes
- Principal Investigator: Prof. Mahak Sharma
- Duration: Initially for 1 year and extendable for the duration of the project.
Qualifications
- Applicants should hold an M.Sc/B.Tech degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Prior experience of at least ~6 months in immunofluorescence as well as molecular biology techniques (including gene cloning, recombinant protein production, and SDS-PAGE) is required. Experience in live-cell imaging and subsequent data analysis is preferred.
Emoluments
Emoluments are as per norms and as sanctioned in the project.
