Job Description
The Business Development professional will be responsible for managing business development activities for Adgyl Services within the Indian territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the preclinical research domain, including pharmacology, toxicology, and ADME.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO sectors.
- Understanding client requirements and aligning them with the organization’s service offerings.
- Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Collaborating with technical teams to address client queries and ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Maintaining CRM records and providing regular reports on business development activities.
Qualifications
MS/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, or related scientific disciplines.
Additional Information
- Demonstrated experience in toxicology business development, including strong customer networks and expertise in agreement execution.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex service offerings concisely.
