Key Responsibilities
- Data governance and first-level review of raw materials and recipes within 72 hours
- Provide security access roles to PDP/DMS/PPM/LIMS systems
- Route Human Use Protocols (HUP) through SAP-DMS and support Veeva processes
- Route Adverse Events (AE) to Pharmacovigilance teams
- Provide technical support to 2000+ PDM end-users
- Support PDM cleansing and ancillary activities like obsoleting recipes and searches
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate in Pure Sciences (Chemistry, Biology) / Pharmacy / Technology (Cosmetics)
- Strong fundamental knowledge in basic chemistry
- Exposure to SAP database management/system administration concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Strong aptitude for computer systems
