Job Overview

The Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance across all stages of production. The role involves quality inspections, process monitoring, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspects raw materials and packaging for quality compliance.
  • Conducts in-process and finished goods checks to ensure batch consistency.
  • Implements quality control systems and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Investigates quality deviations and customer complaints using root cause analysis.
  • Maintains documentation for internal audits and external certifications.
  • Coordinates with production and sanitation teams to ensure hygiene standards.
  • Validates cleaning processes and monitors environmental conditions.
  • Prepares and presents quality reports to plant leadership.

Qualifications

Experience
