Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, and environmental monitoring while ensuring compliance with ISO, CE, and Indian FDA standards.
- Manage microbiology lab operations, including equipment handling, calibration, housekeeping, and maintenance of samples and records.
- Support sterilization validation, cleanroom validation, and monitoring of sterile products to ensure quality and safety.
- Coordinate with production teams and external laboratories for sample collection, testing, and documentation; assist in QC material release.
- Ensure GMP training, investigate deviations and complaints, and maintain quality documentation while supporting OHS (ISO 45001) and environmental systems (ISO 14001).
Qualification
