Key Responsibilities
In this Clinical Job, you act as the digital architect for the patient recruitment process. You will create the first “handshake” between a clinical study and a volunteer.
- Interface Design: Collaborate with Global and Local Innovation Leads to design and build core study websites and “prescreeners”.
- Technical Customization: Create linked digital infrastructure for various countries and languages, ensuring the content is culturally and linguistically appropriate.
- Engagement Analytics: Track and measure digital engagement metrics, such as click rates, to evaluate how effectively the interface is converting users into screened and randomized patients.
- Vendor & Translation Management: Work with external vendors to manage site builds and ensure translations meet scientific and regulatory standards.
- Study Team Synergy: Liaise with Clinical Study Units (CSUs) regarding user training, access management, and the flow of patient data from the website to the local site.
- Risk & Project Management: Proactively assess and map risk triggers (Risks-Probability-Impact) for digital initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
