As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, the Channel Operations Specialist (Marketing Specialist II) supports the company’s mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. The position focuses on managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Support strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate demonstrates a balance of analytical thinking and creative marketing skills, along with strong project management capabilities. The role requires the ability to handle multiple projects while effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of B2B marketing experience (life sciences or healthcare preferred)
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing channels (email, social media, search, display)
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Workfront, or Adobe Experience Manager
- Strong skills in data analytics tools like Power BI and Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear marketing messages
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience working in matrix organizations
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
