Qualification
Master’s degree in Natural Sciences/Environmental Science/ Marine Sciences or M.Tech in Environmental Science and Earth Science from a recognised University or Institution having 60% marks and above with CSIR-UGC NET/ GATE
Job Description
- Carrying out vulnerability assessment
- Carrying out MATLAB and Python programming for reassessment of indices of physical socio-economics related parameters of the farm field

- The place of initial posting will normally be Chennai. However, appointees may be posted/transferred to any location in India based on project requirements.
- The prescribed qualifications are minimum. Mere possession does not entitle candidates to be called for test/interview.
- Experience will be counted from the date of acquiring essential academic qualifications.
- Candidates already employed in Central/State Government organizations must produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer at the time of interview.
- The decision of NCSCM in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications shall be final.
- NCSCM reserves the right to cancel or modify the number of vacancies without assigning any reasons.
- If applications are large in number, NCSCM may shortlist candidates based on qualifications/experience.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview or test as decided by NCSCM.
- No TA / DA will be paid for certificate verification, interview, or joining duty.
- Canvassing will lead to disqualification. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
