Job Description
- Support Chemistry PMOps business and collaborate with cross-functional teams for New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Assist in Product Life Cycle Management and product support processes.
- Manage and maintain data via NPDI, SAP, and web tools, including data cleansing and consistency checks.
- Provide project management support (dashboards, data collection, coordination, and communication).
- Ensure quality, SLA/TAT adherence, and timely fulfillment of internal stakeholder requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Postgraduate in Life Sciences from a reputed University (MSc).
- Experience: 1–3 years in the scientific industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving, planning, and execution abilities.
- Understanding of process management and interfaces.
- High self-management and proactive approach.
- Customer orientation, business acumen, and adaptability to change.
Technical Skills / Competencies:
- Strong scientific knowledge in life science subjects.
- Understanding of Business Operations roles and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in internet and email usage.
- Very good skills in Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Ability to handle complex database queries.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Palantir).
- Ability to analyze business reports.
