About the Opportunity
The Division of Microbiology at ICAR-IARI is conducting a walk-in interview to recruit candidates for temporary positions of Research Associate-I (RA-I) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF). These roles are part of the externally funded project titled “Harnessing Mycorrhizosphere Synergies to Regulate Carbon–Nitrogen Balance and GHG Emissions in Maize–Wheat Cropping Systems.”

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to research on carbon–nitrogen balance and greenhouse gas emissions.
- Apply molecular biology, microbiology, and bioinformatics techniques.
- Assist in experimental design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams.
Terms & Conditions
- Positions are temporary and contractual until March 31, 2027 (extendable based on performance).
- Maximum age: 35 years for RA-I (relaxation as per Government norms).
- Candidates must bring original and self-attested copies of certificates, experience proof, and photographs.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- Late arrivals will not be entertained.
- The institute reserves the right to cancel or not fill the positions.
