Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of antibody product information
- Build relationships with external suppliers
- Gather approvals and facilitate data upload into core business systems
- Evaluate and implement changes to content as submitted by colleagues
- Assist Technical Support and Quality Assurance in addressing customer inquiries
- Perform all job duties consistent with the Thermo Fisher code of ethics and the 4-I values
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline or related field
- Thorough understanding of antibodies and their applications
- Mastery in using Microsoft Excel with multi-level functions and large data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with high-quality output
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with business partners in diverse locations via phone, email, and occasional travel
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as a team player and/or independently
Preferred Qualification
- Advanced degree in an applicable life science discipline
- Laboratory experience working hands-on with antibodies and immunoassays
- Experience with Microsoft SQL
- Bioinformatics knowledge/experience
- Project management skills
Experience Required
- Basic understanding of antibody applications in the laboratory
- Experience in handling large datasets and working with Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to working with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, R&D, and Operations
- Experience in maintaining and improving web content or product data is an added advantage
