- Job Title: Executive – Upstream Processing (USP) – Biologics (mAbs)
- Department: Production – Biologics (USP)
- Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform upstream processing activities, including:
- Media preparation
- Cell culture maintenance (mammalian cells – CHO cell lines)
- Seed train expansion and scale-up
- Bioreactor operations (lab scale to commercial scale)
- Operate and monitor bioreactors (stainless steel / single-use systems)
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Execute batch manufacturing records (BMR) and documentation accurately
