Key Roles & Responsibilities – Biotechnology Job
- Conduct quality evaluation of Flavors, Fragrances, and Food ingredients.
- Review and approve COAs, specifications, MSDS, and regulatory documents.
- Coordinate third-party lab testing and ensure compliance with FSSAI, IFRA, FEMA, and other relevant standards.
- Handle customer quality queries, audits, and documentation requirements.
- Work closely with sourcing, sales, and warehouse teams to maintain product integrity.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, quality systems, and traceability processes.
Requirements – MSc Microbiology Job / Biotechnology Job
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Relevant years of QC experience in Flavors, Fragrances, and Food Ingredients or specialty chemicals.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation.
- Hands-on experience in analytical instruments: HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy.
- Experience in organoleptic evaluation and stability studies preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
