Job Purpose
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing in vitro biochemical and cell-based assays, generating high-quality experimental data, and effectively interpreting and communicating results to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop in vitro biochemical and cell-based assays that are typical requirements of a biochemistry job.
- Conduct compound screening experiments
- Perform data analysis and interpretation
- Document and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards on:

- Data integrity
- EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability) guidelines
Educational Qualification
- M.S. / M.Tech / M.Pharm in:
- Biochemistry
- Molecular Biology
- Or a related discipline
Technical / Functional Skills
- Mammalian cell culture techniques
- In vitro biology and pharmacology
- Assay design and development
- Automation in experimental workflows
- Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism)
- Plate-based assays (e.g., 384-well format)
- Immunofluorescence and high-content imaging
- Experience with primary or iPS-derived cells such as:
