Key Responsibilities
- Lead data management during start-up.
- Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Covance departments and business units.
- Manage all client queries.
- Assist in the identification and initiation of process improvement activities.
- Create standard data transfer formats in compliance with client requests while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance.
- Ensure uninterrupted client service.
- Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios as required to track workload and productivity.
- Collaborate with Clinical Data Manager personnel on day-to-day tasks as assigned.
- Mentoring of new hires.
- Quality review of team work for simple to moderate tasks.
- Triage responsibilities for work assessment and work allocation.
- Support as an SME for training requirements.
- Assist the SME and manager in preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team.
- Represent team in department-level meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology
- Current or Prior LabCorp Apprentice experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- More than 6 months of relevant experience in Panther.
