- Senior Research Fellow
Job Description: Applications are invited from suitable candidates to fill the purely temporary position of one Senior Research Fellow for the DBT multi-institutional project entitled “DBT-UDSC Partnership Centre on Genetic Manipulation of Brassicas-Phase-II”, under the supervision of Dr. Naveen C. Bisht, Scientist, NIPGR.
- Project Titled: “DBT-UDSC Partnership Centre on Genetic Manipulation of Brassicas-Phase-II”
- PI: Dr. Naveen C. Bisht
- Emoluments: ₹ 42,000/- plus 27% HRA per month
Qualifications: Candidates must have an M.Sc. degree or equivalent in Life Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or any related field with two years of research experience.
- Eligibility extends to candidates with CSIR-UGC NET/GATE/DST-INSPIRE qualifications and those meeting the norms/guidelines of DST OM No: DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26/03/2023.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an exceptional academic track record (minimum 60% marks throughout their education) and experience in plant molecular biology, genome editing, and Brassica transformation.

- Venue: NIPGR, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi-110067 on Monday, March 16, 2026, starting at 11:00 am.
