Job Details:
This Scientist Job is an Individual Contributor role based in Gurugram under a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The selected candidate will focus on beverage formulation, prototype development, sensory and analytical testing, and scaling products from lab to pilot and commercial production. The role involves adapting global innovations to local consumer insights while ensuring compliance, quality, and manufacturing feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lab-scale beverage formulations following GMP protocols
- Conduct sensory evaluation, analytical testing, and shelf-life studies
- Support pilot and commercial production trials
- Ensure regulatory compliance and packaging validation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Quality, and global R&D teams
- Track ingredient innovations and competitor products
- Maintain laboratory safety and documentation standards
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science
- 2–4 years of product development experience in food or beverages preferred
Skills Required:
