Job Details:
Position: Scientific Assistant (DNA)
Eligibility:
- The candidates should not be less than 18 Years and not more than 30 Years.
- Educational Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Science with relevant subjects in graduation / Biotechnology / Genetics / Molecular Biology Life Sciences / Biochemistry Microbiology or Graduation in Molecular Biology / Life Sciences Biochemistry / Microbiology from any recognized university or any other relevant subjects from any recognized University or Institute.
- Additional Requirements: At least six months’ certificate course in Computer Applications.
- Working experience in any forensic field is preferred.
- Knowledge of English & Hindi is essential.
- Interview Only (≤10 eligible candidates) / OR Written Test + Interview (>10 eligible candidates).
Important Notes:
- Remuneration will be given as per NFSU norms.
- Engagement Period: The engagement for the above-mentioned posts shall be purely on a contractual basis for a period of 11 (eleven) months.
- The eligibility list and final selection procedure will be notified in due course.
- Last Date for Receiving Hard Copy Application with Testimonials: 25th March, 2026.
- Reservation policy as per norms.
- Application Fee: 500/- for each post; 250/- for Women Candidates for each post. SC/ST/ PWD Candidates are exempted from application fees.
