Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit Manufacturing Licence Applications (MLA) for new products and site transfers in the UK and EU. Support Marketing Authorisation Applications (MAA) through UK national, MRP/DCP, and EU procedures. Assist with CTD/eCTD dossier preparation and lifecycle management.
- Manage post‑approval regulatory activities such as Variations, Renewals, and Line Extensions. Handle updates to Product Information, artwork, and packaging.
- Monitor and interpret UK and EU regulatory legislation and ensure compliance with frameworks. Support inspection and audit readiness with compliant regulatory documentation.
- Act as a liaison with MHRA, EMA, and EU authorities. Provide regulatory guidance to cross‑functional teams.
- Use regulatory and document management systems for tracking and archiving submissions and correspondence.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3–7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with expertise in UK and EU regulatory environments.
Skills Required
- Experience in lifecycle maintenance, MAA support activities, and regulatory systems.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
