Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit Manufacturing Licence Applications (MLA) for new products and site transfers in the UK and EU. Support Marketing Authorisation Applications (MAA) through UK national, MRP/DCP, and EU procedures. Assist with CTD/eCTD dossier preparation and lifecycle management.
  • Manage post‑approval regulatory activities such as Variations, Renewals, and Line Extensions. Handle updates to Product Information, artwork, and packaging.
  • Monitor and interpret UK and EU regulatory legislation and ensure compliance with frameworks. Support inspection and audit readiness with compliant regulatory documentation.
  • Act as a liaison with MHRA, EMA, and EU authorities. Provide regulatory guidance to cross‑functional teams.
  • Use regulatory and document management systems for tracking and archiving submissions and correspondence.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3–7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with expertise in UK and EU regulatory environments.

Skills Required

  • Experience in lifecycle maintenance, MAA support activities, and regulatory systems.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
