Job Overview:
The Regulatory Affairs Internship will report to the Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager, Asia, and focuses on strengthening document management and compliance tracking systems in India. The intern will work on enhancing regulatory documentation processes related to Seed Licenses, NBA approvals, and compliance tracking through tools such as Ricago and EWIN framework. This Life Sciences Internship provides exposure to documentation standardization, automation systems, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, R&D, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory document consolidation and standardization for state-wise seed licenses
- Collection and organization of Breeder Certificates, Morphological Characters, DUS data, and DNA fingerprinting records
- Support development of automated document storage and retrieval systems
- Coordinate updates and uploads on the Ricago compliance portal
- Track Seed License validity timelines and product endorsements
- Assist in germplasm tracking and NBA approval documentation
- Prepare crop-wise status reports for regulatory submission
