Key Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of scientists to design and conduct immunology and molecular biology experiments
- Perform in vitro research studies
- Contribute to research projects within the R&D team
- Maintain experimental records and laboratory documentation
- Review scientific literature relevant to the company’s therapeutic objectives
Qualifications
Masters with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant research experience or a fresh Ph.D.

Working Conditions
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the General Shift and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM for the Post-Noon Shift (on a rotational basis). There will be two days off each week, which may not necessarily fall on a Saturday or Sunday.
- Travel Requirements: No.
- Trainee Tenure: The traineeship period is for a duration of 11 months.
