Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Analyst Job
The Quality Assurance Analyst Job involves participating in product quality maintenance to ensure every final product meets established company standards.
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) Management: Create Actylis CoAs for products and review manufacturer CoAs to ensure alignment with product specifications.
- Specification Oversight: Responsible for creating and updating product specifications and ensuring CoA entry is accurate.
- Compliance Review: Approve manufacturer CoAs based on Actylis standards or compendial monographs.
- Communication & Tracking: Coordinate with the Quality department regarding Out of Specification (OOS) results and track all received requests for timely completion.
- Process Improvement: Suggest meaningful improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate changes in product specifications and regulatory status with all affected departments.
Qualification and Experience
