Key Responsibilities
This R&D Job is designed for individuals who thrive on data analysis and collaborative experimentation. Depending on your experience level, you may be considered for either the Project Associate I or II designation.
- Cell Biology Excellence: Performing cell culture, maintaining stocks, and executing transfections.
- Advanced Imaging: Preparing microscopy samples and conducting high-level imaging.
- Molecular Toolkits: Handling routine molecular work, including cloning, RT-PCR, nucleic acid isolation, and sequencing.
- Scientific Management: Planning experiments, ordering reagents, and maintaining meticulous lab records and professional reports.
- Analytical Rigor: Conducting regular data analysis, literature surveys, and presenting progress updates to the team.
Position Details
BRIC-inStem is seeking candidates who combine academic excellence with practical research experience.
- Post: Project Associate I & II
- Educational Foundation: A Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or MVSC, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university.
- Experience (For PA-II): At least 2 years of R&D experience in industrial, academic, or S&T organizations is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
- Remuneration Structure:
- Project Associate I: ₹31,000/month + HRA (NET/GATE Qualified) or ₹25,000/month + HRA (Non-NET).
- Project Associate II: ₹35,000/month + HRA (NET/GATE Qualified) or ₹28,000/month + HRA (Non-NET).
