Job Description
· Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished
products.
· Conduct microbial testing such as TPC, yeast & mold count, and pathogen analysis as per
standard procedures.
· Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper sterilization and calibration.
· Prepare media, reagents, and maintain culture stocks.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
· Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records.
· Follow GMP, GLP, and safety protocols within the laboratory and factory premises.
Requirements
· Basic knowledge of microbiological testing techniques and laboratory procedures.
· Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
· Ability to work in a factory/lab environment.
· Good documentation and reporting skills.
· Willingness to work at the factory location near Nagari (AP).
