Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate medical strategies and ensure timely execution of activities within the Core Medical Plan (CMP) timelines and budget
- Deliver scientific product presentations, support advisory boards, and contribute medical input to strategic business planning
- Provide medical review and support for promotional materials, scientific content, and product training for marketing and sales teams
- Offer therapeutic area expertise and external medical insights to cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop medical communication plans and generate scientific insights through external collaborations and conference participation
- Evaluate Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) proposals and support regional or global clinical trials when required
- Build and maintain relationships with key external experts, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders in compliance with regulations
- Prepare activity reports, support Medical Leads, and assist in planning and execution of scientific engagement programs
- Continuously enhance therapeutic area expertise through training, congress participation, and internal knowledge sharing
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, company SOPs, and legal/compliance requirements while managing stakeholder expectations appropriately
Required Qualifications
Advanced Scientific Degree in Life/Health Science with minimum 1 year experience in Medical Affairs in oncology.
