Essential Qualifications
M. Sc. in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Botany
Desirable Experience
Candidates having theoretical or practical knowledge in the respective area would be preferred.
Job Description
The selected candidates will have to work on CSIR-RDSF sponsored Projects. The candidates will be engaged in preparation of various plant/algal samples, extraction, and analysis.
Monthly Emoluments
- 31,000/- + HRA for those candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET, including lectureship/assistant professorship or GATE OR those who have qualified National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies / Institutions.
- 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (a) above.
Upper Age Limit
35 years as on 03/04/2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per CSIR rules.
Duration
These positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. It would not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit, for any candidate to claim absorption in CSIR- CSMCRI.
