Quality Job Key Responsibilities
In this Quality Job, you will manage the lifecycle of Product Technical Complaints (PTC) to safeguard patient interests and maintain regulatory compliance.

- Complaint Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire process of handling PTCs and Field Alerts from initial receipt to final closure.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate complaints for severity and risk, ensuring a timely review for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, and combination products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Manufacturing, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Legal, and Medical Information departments to resolve issues.
- Incident Investigation: Act as an Investigator Leader to perform root cause analysis (RCA), batch genealogy, and recurrency checks for complaints.
- CAPA & Compliance: Review and close investigation reports, ensuring correctness and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- KPI Monitoring: Participate in the periodic monitoring and compliance of Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Assign and coordinate investigation requests with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) as required.
Qualification & Experience Required
