Job Overview:
As a Senior Analyst – Application Support, you will ensure GxP compliance of computerized systems, execute computer system validation (CSV) activities, and provide IT quality and audit support. You will work cross-functionally with IT, QA, business owners, and vendors to maintain regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and accurate documentation. This role requires hands-on experience with cloud, SaaS, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and MES systems while managing change control, CAPA, and deviation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT compliance and quality documentation per GxP guidelines (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5).
- Execute and support CSV activities across the system lifecycle.
- Participate in risk assessments, change control, and deviation management.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with IT, QA, business owners, vendors, and project teams.
- Provide training and guidance on IT compliance, data integrity, and CSV processes.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
- Advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
Skills Required:
- 3–8 years’ experience in QA, IT Quality, CSV, or regulated industry compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ALCOA+ principles.
- Familiarity with SDLC, ERP, LIMS, QMS, MES, or cloud-based systems.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and recommend effective solutions.
