Qualification & Experience
Essential Qualification
- (i) Doctoral Degree in Science from a recognised university or equivalent in Stem cell biology, Developmental biology, Cell biology, and/or Molecular Biology.
- (ii) PS-II eligibility – 3 years of post-PhD experience in R&D
Job Description:
- Stem Cell biology-related research requiring techniques including stem cell culture, all steps of quality control and differentiation of human stem cells and organoids as per prescribed protocols.
- Preparation of Microscopy samples, imaging.
- Routine molecular biology work such as cloning, nucleic acid isolation, RT-PCR, and nucleic acid sequencing.
- Plan experiments, order reagents, and adhere to protocols.
- Regular data analysis, project updates, literature survey, and presentation of data.
- Participate in project team meetings and contribute to the projects intellectually.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and lab records.
Tenure: Contractual appointment for 11 months, renewable based on requirement and review of progress and requirement of the Grant.
