Call for Applications: Summer Internship Programme 2026
Applications are invited for the Summer Internship Programme commencing from 15th May, 2026 to 15th July, 2026. This is an unpaid internship available in offline mode. Applicants must apply online and can be students from IITs, NITs, IISERs, National Labs, Centrally funded technical institutions, CEAs, government universities, or private institutions/universities. Affiliations with Indian Academy of Sciences, DST Inspire, or similar organizations are also acceptable.

The last date for submission of applications is 26th March, 2026 (Thursday).
Application Guidelines:
- Candidates must select a Research Supervisor in their relevant field of study/course. Up to 3 Research Supervisors can be selected in the application form.
- Candidates are required to do their internship in one department under one supervisor only.
- Hostel accommodation on a sharing basis will be provided subject to availability on a chargeable basis. Accommodations must be arranged through the office of the Dean of Student Affairs, post-selection.
- No financial assistance will be provided to the candidates.
- The internship will be conducted from 15/05/2026 to 15/07/2026 only, with no allowance for changes due to logistical constraints.
- An internship duration of at least 8 weeks is required to receive a certificate.
