Key Responsibilities
- Operate biopharma manufacturing and fermentation equipment by ensuring proper setup, calibration, and continuous functioning of systems used in production processes while adhering to defined operational guidelines.
- Assist in upstream and downstream bioprocess operations by supporting activities such as media preparation, inoculation, fermentation, harvesting, purification, and filtration under controlled conditions.
- Monitor production batches and ensure process efficiency by regularly checking parameters, recording observations, and identifying any deviations to maintain optimal output quality.
- Perform cleaning, sterilization, and equipment maintenance activities by following validated procedures to ensure contamination-free environments and reliable equipment performance.
- Handle bioprocess operations as per standard procedures by strictly adhering to SOPs and regulatory guidelines to maintain consistency and product quality.
- Maintain production records and documentation by accurately recording batch details, process data, and operational activities in compliance with documentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) by following quality protocols, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting audits and inspections to meet regulatory requirements.
Educational Qualification
B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry with 0 to 1 years of experience.
