Key Responsibilities
- Conducting online quality checks in the process area to ensure that all FLI standards of quality are followed during the production process.
- Visual inspection to ensure key operating parameters of machines are in the specified range.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of fryer oil and conducting product weak link analysis.
- Hosting regular quality wall meetings for discussing quality defects and deciding corrective measures.
- Ensuring PAE analysis is conducted by operatives every hour for all lines.
- Prompt communication of concern areas and corrective actions.
- Monitoring machines for their effect on quality to ensure minimum waste due to machine related factors.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive reports for communication to all the people concerned.
- Conducting housekeeping audit to ensure safe and hygienic practices in the entire plant.
- Handling hold material to minimize wastages and ensuring its clearance within 48 hours.
- Ensuring adherence to statutory laws and internal controls.
- Effective resolution of customer complaints and documenting all quality procedures systematically.
- Supporting training agenda and leading LTI initiatives.
- Interaction with internal departments and external entities including Production, CFA, Distributors, and Sales.
Qualifications
- Post Graduate in Food Tech
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Food/Beverage/FMCG industry.
Skills
- Exposure to food safety systems and ISO systems.
- Preferably Knowledge of HACCP/AIB and TPM.
