Job Details:
The Investigator Grant Specialist role focuses on supporting clinical trial project teams by managing investigator payments and developing site budgets. The candidate will work with CTMS systems, Grant Plan tools, and clinical trial data to ensure accurate investigator payments and timely budget management. The position involves collaborating with project managers, clinical operations teams, and sponsors to maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure smooth financial management within clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigator Payment Activities
- Review, update, and track investigator payments in CTMS systems
- Monitor payment discrepancies and escalate delays when required
- Ensure investigator payments align with patient visit data
- Support clinical staff in executing accurate investigator payments
- Prepare investigator payment reports for study meetings
- Maintain quality standards for study payment processes
Investigator Grants Activities
- Develop investigator grants using industry standard systems
- Review study protocols and collaborate with project managers
- Provide budget estimates for clinical studies when required
- Address Fair Market Value related queries in budget models
- Maintain accurate tracking of finalized budgets and reporting
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field
Skills Required:
- Experience working in clinical research organizations or CRO environments
- Understanding of investigator payment processes and clinical trial budgets
- Knowledge of CTMS systems such as Veeva
