Essential Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Food Technology with 2 years of R & D Experience
- 2 years’ Experience in Bakery Product Development
Desirable Experience
Experience in Wheat flour milling and their compositional variation, functional, and rheological or equivalent will be preferred.
Stipend
Rs.28000/- & 20% HRA
