Position Details

- Stipend & HRA: Rs. 56,000/- plus 20% HRA
Qualifications
- Essential Qualification: Post Graduate (PG) Degree including the integrated PG degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Lifesciences
- Desirable Qualification/Experience: Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences
- Job Requirements: Biochemical analysis, Molecular Biology, Cell culture, Handling preclinical models, basic instrumentation techniques.
Tenure
The engagement is initially for a period up to one year and may be extendable up to two years based on the requirement or till the end of the project duration, whichever is earlier at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka.

- Nature of Position: Temporary project-based engagement, valid until project completion or maximum 6 years.

- Tenure Extension: Depends on performance, funding availability, and project requirements.
- Maximum Project Duration: Candidates who have already worked 6 years or more in CSIR projects are not eligible.
