Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Analyst.
- 1+ years of Biotechnology Research experience.
- 1+ years of work experience with Vaccines.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Lead analytical method development, validation, and characterization for vaccines and biological products
- Handle bio-analytical instruments including PCR, Real-time PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, ELISA reader, Flow Cytometer, and Fluorescent Microscope
- Perform biochemical and immunological method development and validation for recombinant and non-recombinant bacterial and viral vaccines
- Execute immunochemical and cell-based assays such as ELISA, ELISPOT, Rocket Electrophoresis, and other bioassays
- Manage various cell lines and conduct in-vitro and in-vivo potency studies
- Prepare CMC and RCGM dossiers and ensure compliance with ICH, WHO TRS, FDA, and EMA guidelines
- Develop in-process, drug substance, and drug product specifications and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Prepare and review stability study protocols in accordance with ICH guidelines
- Ensure Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), maintain laboratory documentation, equipment logbooks, and cGxP compliance
- Plan laboratory activities, manage budgeting and procurement, coordinate with vendors, and support analytical method transfer to QC
