Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and control of specific production operations.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Equipment operating procedures, and other safety and environmental requirements.
- Product handling and packaging as per the process orders.
- Reporting of non-conformities and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
- Communication with cross-functional departments.
- Adherence to the Sampling procedure and CCP (Critical Control Point) recording.
- Understand and apply Site goals related to Safety, Quality, and Delivery to the process area.
- Participate in LEAN board meetings and problem-solving tools.
- SCADA operating.
Basic Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech. (Production/Food Technology/Biotechnology) or B.Sc/M.Sc (Biotechnology) with 2 to 3 years of work experience in Food/Chemical industries.
Skills Required
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization across functions and regions.
- Good written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in shifts.
