Key Responsibility
The Executive Associate is responsible for the end-to-end execution of bioprocessing steps, from buffer preparation to drug substance filtration.
- Core Operations: Perform buffer preparation for both small and large-scale operations and execute IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) for protein intermediate samples.
- System Maintenance: Execute Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP) protocols for chromatography systems, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) units, and process vessels.
- Protein Purification: Operate advanced chromatography and TFF systems, manage virus inactivation vessels, and handle Drug Substance (DS) filtration.
- Sterilization & Safety: Manage the operation and maintenance of sterile and decontamination autoclaves to maintain a contamination-free environment.
- Tech-Transfer: Participate in the scale-up of processes and prepare necessary documentation related to technology transfer.
Quality Compliance & Documentation
